The family admin is the person responsible for managing the family's Heedy setup.
Every Heedy family group must have at least one admin.
What can a family admin manage?
The family admin can:
- Manage members of the family group
- Remove family members
- Manage member roles and permissions
Manage settings for the older adult's Heedy device
- Manage the Heedy subscription
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription
- Transfer admin responsibilities to another family member
Can the admin be changed?
Yes. Admin responsibilities can be transferred between members of the family group.
There must always be at least one admin in the family group.
Other family members and caregivers have their own default permissions. The family admin can change these permissions when needed.
