Family members and caregivers create their own Heedy account when setting up the Heedy app on their phone.

1. Open Heedy

Choose how you plan to use Heedy:

• As a family member
  
• As a caregiver
  

2. Create your account

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details and create your Heedy account.

Heedy will verify your account information as part of the setup.

You can also create an account using Apple ID or Google when those options are available.

3. Connect to the older adult

Once your account is ready, you can connect to the older adult's Heedy family group using the connection process shown in the app.

Each family member and caregiver should use their own Heedy account rather than sharing an account.
