There are two ways someone can leave a Heedy family group.

A family admin can remove a member

Only a family admin can remove another person from the family group.

Open the family admin settings, choose the member you want to remove, and select the option to remove them from the group.

A member can leave the group

Family members and caregivers can also choose to leave a family group themselves.

Open Heedy, go to the settings for the family group, and choose the option to leave the group.

After leaving or being removed, the person will no longer have access through that family connection.

What if the person is an admin?

A Heedy family group must always have at least one admin.

If the person leaving or being removed is the only admin, admin responsibility must first be transferred to another member.
