For an older adult

You need:

• An internet connection using Wi-Fi or SIM/mobile data
  
• Heedy installed on the tablet
  

For a family member or caregiver

You need:

• A compatible phone
  
• An internet connection
  
• The Heedy app
  
• Your own Heedy account
  

Connecting your family

During setup, choose how you plan to use Heedy. The app will adapt to your role.

Family members and caregivers can then connect to the older adult's Heedy using the connection process shown during setup.
