There is one Heedy app for everyone. During setup, Heedy adapts the experience based on how you plan to use it.

For an older adult

Install Heedy on the tablet the older adult will use.

For a family member or caregiver

Install Heedy on your phone.

Start the setup

Open Heedy and choose how you plan to use the app:

• For an older adult
  
• As a family member
  
• As a caregiver
  

Heedy will adapt the design and features for the selected role.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and connect to your family group.

The device will need an internet connection. The older adult's tablet can use Wi-Fi or SIM/mobile data.
