Family members and caregivers connect to the older adult's Heedy using the connection code shown on the older adult's tablet.

1. Open Heedy on the older adult's tablet

The tablet will display a connection code that can be used to connect to the family group.

2. Open Heedy on your phone

Sign in to your Heedy account as a family member or caregiver.

3. Enter the connection code

Choose the option to connect to an older adult and enter the code shown on their tablet.

4. You're connected

Once the connection is complete, you will become a member of the older adult's Heedy family group.

Your access to Heedy is based on your role and permissions. The family admin can manage member permissions when needed.
