Only the family admin can upgrade the Heedy subscription.

1. Open Heedy on your phone

Sign in using the family admin account.

2. Open the subscription settings

Go to the subscription or plan settings in the Heedy mobile app.

3. Choose Heedy Family

Select Heedy Family and choose a monthly or annual subscription.

4. Complete the upgrade

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the subscription.

Once Heedy Family is active, your family can have up to 10 people and use longer video calls.
