How do I cancel my Heedy Family subscription?
Only the family admin can cancel a Heedy Family subscription.
1. Open Heedy on your phone
Sign in using the family admin account.
2. Open the subscription settings
Go to the subscription or plan settings in the Heedy mobile app.
3. Cancel Heedy Family
Choose the option to cancel your subscription and confirm the change.
What happens after I cancel?
Cancelling does not end Heedy Family immediately.
Your Heedy Family subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After that, your family automatically moves to Heedy Free.
What happens to my family members?
The older adult and the family admin remain active and connected.
Other family members stay in the family group but become inactive while you are using Heedy Free.
They are not removed and do not need to be invited again.
If you activate Heedy Family again later, the additional family members can become active again.
