Only the family admin can downgrade the Heedy subscription.

1. Open Heedy on your phone

Sign in using the family admin account.

2. Open the subscription settings

Go to the subscription or plan settings in the Heedy mobile app.

3. Choose Heedy Free

Select the option to downgrade to Heedy Free and confirm the change.

When does the downgrade happen?

Your Heedy Family subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

After that, your family group moves to Heedy Free.

What happens to the family group?

The older adult and the family admin remain active and connected.

Other family members remain in the family group but become inactive while you are on Heedy Free.

They are not removed and do not need to be invited again if you upgrade to Heedy Family later.

Heedy Free includes 1 family member + the Heedy user and video calls of up to 7 minutes.
