Heedy cannot work while the older adult's tablet is turned off.

While the tablet is off:

• Video calls cannot be received
  
• New photos and messages cannot be displayed
  
• Time, date, and weather information will not be available on the Heedy screen
  

How do I get Heedy working again?

Turn the tablet back on and make sure it has a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Open Heedy if it does not start automatically.

Once Heedy is running and the tablet is connected to the internet, it can reconnect and receive new information again.

If the tablet turned off because the battery was empty, connect it to a charger before turning it back on.
