Heedy automatically shows photos and messages as part of the rotating views on the older adult's tablet.

The tablet rotates between information such as time, weather, photos, and messages, so a new photo or message may not appear immediately.

Heedy also has smart functions that avoid rotating through photos and messages during the older adult's sleep time.

How long are they shown?

A photo or message can remain visible for up to 2 days.

It may stop being shown earlier if the older adult confirms it, or if a family member deletes or hides it.

If a new photo or message never appears

Check that the older adult's tablet is connected to the internet. A connection problem can prevent new content from reaching the tablet.

Once the tablet is connected again, allow some time for Heedy to update.
