Heedy uses information from the older adult's tablet to show the correct local time, date, and weather.

If the time or date is incorrect

Check the tablet's system settings and make sure:

• The date and time are correct
  
• The correct time zone is selected
  
• Automatic date and time are enabled when available
  

If the weather is incorrect

Heedy uses the tablet's location to determine the local weather.

Check that:

• Location services are enabled
  
• The tablet has an internet connection
  
• The tablet's location information is correct
  

After changing any settings, allow Heedy some time to update.
