There is only one Heedy app. During setup, you choose how you plan to use it.

For an older adult

Choose this role when setting up Heedy on the older adult's tablet. Heedy adapts the experience to make everyday communication simple and easy to use.

As a family member

Choose this role when using Heedy on your phone to stay connected with an older adult in your family group.

As a caregiver

Choose this role when using Heedy on your phone to stay connected with and support someone you care for.

One app, different experiences

You do not need to download a different version of Heedy for each role. The app adapts its design and features based on how you use Heedy.

Roles come with default permissions, which can be managed by the family admin.
