Auto-Answer allows Heedy to automatically answer an incoming video call on the older adult's tablet.

Auto-Answer is turned on by default.

This can make video calls easier for an older adult who may find it difficult to answer a call themselves.

Who can call with Auto-Answer?

Only members of the older adult's Heedy family group can make Heedy calls to the tablet.

People outside the family group cannot call the older adult through Heedy.

Can Auto-Answer be turned off?

Yes. Only a family admin can change the Auto-Answer setting.

When Auto-Answer is off, the older adult needs to tap Answer when an incoming video call appears.
