Auto-Answer is turned on by default in Heedy.

When Auto-Answer is on, incoming Heedy video calls can be answered automatically on the older adult's tablet.

Only a family admin can change this setting.

1. Open Heedy as the family admin

Go to the admin settings for the older adult's Heedy device.

2. Find Auto-Answer

Open the video call settings and find Auto-Answer.

3. Turn Auto-Answer on or off

Choose the setting you prefer.

When Auto-Answer is on, incoming calls can be answered automatically.

When Auto-Answer is off, the older adult needs to tap Answer when someone calls.

Only members of the Heedy family group can call the older adult.
