Family members and caregivers can send messages directly from Heedy on their phone.

1. Open Heedy on your phone

Choose the older adult you want to send a message to.

2. Write your message

Select the option to send a message and enter what you want to say.

3. Send the message

The message is sent to the older adult's Heedy tablet.

What happens on the tablet?

The older adult does not need to open anything. Heedy automatically includes the message in the rotating views on the tablet.

The message can be shown for up to 2 days.

It may stop being shown earlier if the older adult confirms it, or if a family member hides or deletes it.

Heedy also avoids rotating through photos and messages during the older adult's sleep time.
