Members of the Heedy family group can make video calls to the older adult from their phone.

1. Open Heedy on your phone

Choose the older adult you want to call.

2. Start the video call

Tap the option to make a video call.

The incoming call will appear on the older adult's Heedy tablet.

3. The older adult answers

If Auto-Answer is on, Heedy can automatically answer the call on the tablet.

If Auto-Answer is off, the older adult taps Answer to accept the call.

Who can call the older adult?

Only members of the older adult's Heedy family group can make Heedy calls to them. People outside the family group cannot call through Heedy.

This helps protect the older adult from unwanted or unknown callers.
