1. Tap the Heedy screen

Familiar faces of connected family members and caregivers will appear.

2. Choose who to call

Tap the face of the person you want to call.

3. Heedy starts the call

Heedy will call that person. When they answer, the video call begins.

The older adult can use the call controls on the screen to end the call.

The familiar faces are people connected to the older adult through their Heedy family group.
