Place the Heedy tablet somewhere the older adult spends time regularly and can easily see, hear, and reach it.
Choose a comfortable location
A living room, kitchen, or other frequently used area can work well.
Think about video calls
Position the tablet so the camera has a clear view of the older adult when they are sitting nearby.
Avoid placing the tablet directly in front of a bright window or strong light, as this can make the video harder to see.
Check the internet connection
Make sure the tablet has a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection in its location.
Keep charging simple
Place the tablet close enough to a charger that it can easily be kept powered and ready to use.
