When signing in with your email, Heedy sends a one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS to the phone number connected to your account.

If you don't receive the code:

1. Check your mobile connection

Make sure your phone has a mobile signal and can receive SMS messages.

Make sure you are signing in with the correct email address associated with your Heedy account.

SMS messages can occasionally take a little longer to arrive.

4. Request a new code

Use the option in Heedy to send another verification code.

Always use the most recent code you receive.

Using Apple ID or Google?

If your account was created using Apple ID or Google, use the corresponding sign-in option shown in Heedy instead.

If you still cannot sign in, contact Heedy Support and explain what happens when you try to sign in.
