The family admin role can be transferred to another member of your Heedy family group.

1. Open the admin settings

In the Heedy app, open the settings for managing your family group.

2. Choose the family member

Select the member you want to make an admin.

3. Change their role

Change the member's role or permissions to give them the family admin role, then follow the instructions in Heedy to confirm the change.

Remember

Every Heedy family group must always have at least one admin.

A family admin can manage family members and permissions, settings for the older adult's device, and the Heedy subscription.
