Do I need to buy a special tablet?

No special Heedy hardware is required. Heedy works with compatible iPad and Android tablets.

Can Heedy be useful for someone with memory difficulties?

Heedy is designed for older adults and others who may find ordinary technology difficult. Some families use Heedy with loved ones who have memory or cognitive difficulties, including dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Heedy is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.

How does automatic answering work?

Automatic answering is optional. When enabled, an incoming family call can connect after a countdown without your loved one needing to press the answer button. The family can turn the setting on or off.

Who can contact my loved one through Heedy?

Your family controls who is connected to your loved one's Heedy experience. You can invite family members and manage who can contact them.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Your first 30 days include the full Heedy experience and no payment card is required. When the 30 days end, you can continue with Heedy Free unless you choose to upgrade.
