How does the Heedy subscription work?
When you start using Heedy, you get the full Heedy experience free for the first 30 days.
No payment card is required
You do not need to enter a payment card to start your 30 days free.
What happens after 30 days?
You will not automatically be charged or moved to a paid subscription.
After the 30 days, you can continue using Heedy Free or choose to upgrade to Heedy Family.
Heedy Free
Heedy Free includes:
- 1 family member + the Heedy user
- Video calls up to 7 minutes
- No time limit on how long you can use the free plan
Heedy Family
Heedy Family includes:
- Up to 10 people
- Longer video calls
- Monthly or annual subscription options
Who can manage the subscription?
Only the family admin can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the Heedy subscription. Subscription changes are managed from the Heedy mobile app.
You can move between Heedy Free and Heedy Family when your family's needs change.
