They can confirm that they have seen it

When the older adult confirms a photo or message, Heedy knows it has been seen and it can stop appearing in the rotating views.

Want to respond personally?

The older adult can start a video call instead:

1. Tap the Heedy screen

Familiar faces of connected family members and caregivers will appear.

2. Tap a person's face

Heedy will start a video call with that person.

This provides a simple way to respond or have a conversation without needing to type a message.
