Why does Heedy keep going offline?

If Heedy frequently goes offline, the tablet may have an unstable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

If the tablet uses Wi-Fi

Check that:

  • The Wi-Fi signal is strong where the tablet is placed
  • Other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network
  • The internet router is working

Moving the tablet closer to the Wi-Fi router may improve the connection.

If the tablet uses mobile data

Check that:

  • Mobile data is enabled
  • The tablet has a mobile network signal
  • The SIM and data plan are active

Mobile network coverage can vary depending on where the tablet is placed.

Restart the tablet and check the connection again.
